Inverness Brewing

Inverness Brewing, established in 2018 as Baltimore County’s first farm brewery, sits on a beautiful 100-acre working farm in Monkton, Maryland. Known for its “Crop to Keg” philosophy, Inverness uses homegrown hops, Black Angus cattle, and seasonal ingredients to offer beers closely tied to the land. The taproom features spacious outdoor seating, bocce ball courts, live music, and family-friendly activities. Food is served from their onsite food truck Thursday–Sunday, with a weekly menu based on fresh, local, in-season produce. Their core food offerings include brick oven pizzas, burgers, wings, Bavarian pretzel bites, fries, and seasonal desserts.
