Taproom Brewery: On-site sales focused, limited/no food, <15,000 barrels/year
Regional Brewery: 15,000-6,000,000 barrels/year, widely distributed
Contract Brewing Co.: Outsources production to another brewery, owns brand/marketing
Alternating Proprietorship: Multiple licensed brewers share facility and equipment
