Silly Yak Beer Company is Maryland’s only dedicated gluten-free brewery, located in Gaithersburg. Established with the aim of crafting beer for those with gluten sensitivities, Silly Yak uses specially selected ingredients from gluten-free malt houses and grows its own hops on site.
