Burnish Beer Company, opened in 2021 in Salisbury, Maryland, is a craft brewery and restaurant offering a blend of artisanal beer and a full food menu. The brewery features 16 rotating taps with diverse styles, from hazy IPAs to lagers and sours, complemented by wines and cocktails. Its modern taproom boasts a 16-seat bar, indoor dining, outdoor Biergarten, and large roll-up glass doors for an open-air experience. Burnish emphasizes local sourcing and high-quality craftsmanship, offering dine-in, carryout, and regional distribution across Maryland, Delaware, D.C., and Virginia.
