Upper Stem Brewery

Upper Stem Brewery is a Maryland-designated farm brewery just northeast of Hagerstown in Washington County. They cultivate their own grains, hops, herbs and fruit on-site and harness those home-grown ingredients in their small-batch craft beers, creating a distinct “field-to-glass” ethos. With a relaxed taproom surrounded by farm acreage and outdoor gathering spaces, they offer a laid-back rural craft beer experience that blends agricultural roots, community gathering, and inventive brewing.
