Oliver Brewing Co., one of Maryland’s longest-running craft breweries, is beginning a new chapter in Millersville after more than three decades in Baltimore. Founded in 1993, Oliver built its reputation around traditional English-inspired ales while steadily expanding into IPAs, lagers, stouts, sours, and experimental releases. Its new 44,000-square-foot Anne Arundel County facility greatly expands its production capabilities and adds what its previous brewery lacked: a substantial taproom and kitchen. The Millersville operation also supports contract brewing and houses production for Forward Brewing. Oliver plans to emphasize direct-to-consumer sales, limited releases, local ingredients, and an expanded brewery experience.
